Miso Baby Bok Choy =================== - 4 baby bok choy - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tbsp miso paste - 1/4 tsp kosher salt Instructions: - Preheat grill to medium high heat (375-450 F) - Cut bok choy in half. - In a bowl which together olive oil, soy sauce, miso paste and salt. - Add bok choy and toss until coated - Place bok choy on grill and grill for 3-4 min per side until tender
